Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Program Overview

The LearnCen Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new users and organizations to LearnCen. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Commission Structure

• Individual signup: $5.00 per verified registration
• Organization signup: $25.00 per verified registration
• Commissions are held for 7 days before approval
• Minimum payout threshold: $50.00

3. Prohibited Activities

• Self-referrals (referring your own accounts)
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Misleading advertising or false claims about LearnCen
• Cookie stuffing or click fraud
• Bidding on LearnCen brand keywords in paid advertising

4. Payment Terms

Payouts are processed manually upon request when your available balance meets the minimum threshold. LearnCen reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Termination

LearnCen may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms. Pending commissions may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

6. Modifications

LearnCen reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email.
